About Me
Each day I tried to find moments where I can connect with all of myself, even on the darkest days.
I began my journey when I knew there was something not right with the way I felt, so I went to my GP and my nurse recommended that I see a therapist. I was introduced to Hypnotherapy/Psychotherapy and it transformed my life in many aspects, I always thought I was in connection with myself, but there were parts of me that I was not even aware of, my therapist challenged me and pushed my mind out of tangled pipe work, held me worked with me and enabled me to grow into the person I am now.
I have always been a person who always put myself at the bottom of the pile and put other people first and been a ‘yes’ person also I suppressed my voice, and never worried about my feelings I pushed them away, and tried to understand my emotions but I was stuck in a mindset that I the thought was normal, in a logical way and stopped having trust in myself.
This became a challenge every day, My therapist made me aware of how my mind can overthink and how our emotions can take over if we are not in control or connected with ourselves.
